It's possible to elevate from the current English proficiency level to the required level.
Many corporate executives and HR personnel indeed have such concerns about their employees' English training.
This is because English employee training is often conducted in group formats or with a one-size-fits-all curriculum, failing to optimize learning tailored to each employee's English proficiency level.
Moreover, there are cases where the English training period is short, and an environment for continuous English learning is not provided.
Why can Nisai's corporate English training courses deliver results? Here are the reasons and features.
At Nisai, we assess the learner's current English proficiency level and set up courses and class arrangements according to their abilities. Additionally, we can flexibly structure the curriculum based on your requirements, enabling us to provide programs tailored to your needs.
With our fully online international school's CEFR courses, you can attend classes with just one computer. Additionally, since we utilize a system where we can't see each other's faces during classes, you can participate from anywhere without any hesitation.
At Nisai, we can create courses according to your needs. We'll listen to your preferred time slots, days of the week, and frequency and create a course schedule accordingly. Our learning content covers not only Speaking and Listening but also Reading, Grammar, and Writing. Since most communication with overseas companies is done via email in English, the proficiency in Reading, Grammar, and Writing becomes crucial.
All classes are conducted live, and recordings of all classes are available for review at any time. Additionally, weekly assignments are given, ensuring that learners steadily improve their skills in combination with live lessons. These assignments are all corrected by native instructors, ensuring that learners acquire English proficiency according to global standards.
We use a tool called Units of Sound, born in the UK, in conjunction with the CEFR program. This tool helps develop the "English ear" necessary for English acquisition while improving speaking skills (pronunciation). It also includes Spelling training to connect sounds and letters and Dictation training to capture long passages while acquiring Grammar. Developing an English ear enhances absorption during live lessons significantly.
Our CEFR Business English training course is suitable for the following individuals:
Employees being dispatched overseas
Executive candidates
Executives and managers
Foreign employees
Individuals assigned to overseas business operations
Employees involved in businesses requiring interaction with foreigners
HR personnel
The program combines CEFR and Units of Sound. Experienced Nisai instructors conduct live lessons based on CEFR, while Japanese trainers conduct personal training sessions once or twice a week with Units of Sound. Creating an "English ear" enhances the effectiveness of live lessons significantly.
