How to use the Nisai classroom
Description of each feature:
Speaker and microphone
When logging into the classroom, you do not have permission to use the microphone. The microphone icon will appear when the online teacher grants permission. Until then, the microphone icon will not be displayed.
When the teacher activates the microphone, this icon will be displayed in white. At the moment, it is not yet functional. Please click on the white microphone icon. If a pop-up box requesting permission appears, please grant permission. When the microphone symbol turns green, the microphone is on, and you can speak.
When you're not speaking, please mute your microphone. Click the green microphone icon again. When muted, a slash will appear over the microphone.
Reaction
Chat function
"Public Text Chat" can be seen by everyone in the classroom. To use it, type in the box at the bottom and press the "Enter" button on your keyboard to send. This change will only be reflected to you.
You can also display the text in a large size. Click on the four-line icon and choose "Text Size." Click on the desired text size. The dots indicate the current text size.
You can also display the chat in a different color. Click on the four-line icon and choose "My Chat Color." Click on the color you want to display the text in. The dot indicates the currently displayed color. This display will also be reflected to your classmates.
"Private Text Chat" is a chat feature that only you and the online teacher can see. To use this, type in the white box and press the "Enter" key on your keyboard. Write anything here that you want to communicate to the teacher privately.

Whiteboard tools
When you enter the classroom, you may not be able to write on the whiteboard, but the teachers can allow the use of the whiteboard during lessons. Once these tools are displayed on the screen, you can use them.
The first icon is a button that allows you to click using the mouse.
The second icon is the pen tool. When selected, it displays an additional list where you can change the size and color. To use the pen, simply click and drag the mouse to draw. What you draw can be shared with everyone in the classroom.
The fourth icon is a text box. Clicking on it allows you to create a text box. Next, you can input text using the keyboard. When placing the text box, an additional list will appear allowing you to change the color and size of the text.
The fifth icon is a shape. When first used, it will be displayed as a rectangle. To resize this shape, click and drag the shape with your mouse until it reaches the desired size. Once you release the mouse, it will be shared with your classmates. Click on the triangle at the bottom right of the icon to select a different shape.
