Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

Except as provided below, our company will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's prior consent. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws.

  • When based on laws and regulations.
  • When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and when obtaining the individual's consent is difficult.
  • When specifically necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of sound development of children, and when obtaining the individual's consent is difficult.

However, if disclosing it falls under any of the following cases, we may not disclose all or part of it, and if a decision is made not to disclose it, we will promptly notify the individual of such a decision.

Article 6 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If the user's personal information held by our company is incorrect, the user may request our company to correct or delete the personal information under the procedures set out by our company. If our company receives a request from the user under the preceding paragraph and deems it necessary to comply with the request, we will correct or delete the personal information concerned without delay and notify the user.

Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

If our company is requested by an individual to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use") on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended use or has been obtained by fraudulent means, we will promptly conduct necessary investigations based on the results of which we will suspend the use of the personal information, and notify the individual accordingly. However, if it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information due to the incurring of significant expenses or other reasons, and if alternative measures that are necessary to protect the individual's rights and interests can be taken, we will implement such alternative measures.
