Three types of support
Nisai offers three types of support to create a more secure and comfortable learning environment for students.
1Recording Support
Classes are automatically recorded. These recordings can be utilized for learning on days when students are absent. Additionally, students can review previously attended classes by rewatching the recordings.
Nisai instructors are also able to track whether students have viewed the recordings.
2Career counseling support for students
Upon enrollment at Nisai, students are assigned a student support team that will address any concerns or questions related to their studies. Students considering overseas university admissions or seeking career guidance can also consult with the team.
Tutors are available to assist students. Please feel free to reach out for assistance.
3System Support
As a fully online school, Nisai provides comprehensive system support. If students encounter any issues or have questions regarding the system, Nisai support is available to promptly address and resolve them.
